Return

At BLACHUES, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included 

Returns are not accepted for:

• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Gift cards

To request a return, please contact us at blachues@gmail.com with your order details. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at blachues@gmail.com for assistance.
